Meet Nicole Pridmore, the Creative Problem-Solver Powering Aevus Product Innovation
25 June 2025Behind the Screens: The People Powering Aevus Success Stories
At Aevus, we know great products aren’t just built—they’re crafted. Crafted by people who blend technical know-how with creative spark, strategic thinking, and just the right amount of nerdy enthusiasm. That’s where Nicole Pridmore comes in.
Nicole is our Product Manager, leading the end-to-end development of Aevus features—from early research and design to launch, optimisation, and everything in between. She brings a rare combination of deep technical understanding, cross-functional leadership, and creative instinct to every project.
Her love of tech started early—back in the days of custom-coded MySpace pages, animated effects, and mood-matching embedded tracks. That early experimentation sparked a fascination with digital that never left.
After working in admin, retail, marketing, and even floristry (yes, really), Nicole earned a degree in History—fitting for someone with both a curious mind and a sharp analytical edge. She soon found herself leading digital optimisation work and realised that tech wasn’t just an interest anymore—it was the career path she wanted to follow.
Since then, Nicole has gone all-in on digital product delivery, working in both agency and in-house teams, including Worldspan and now Aevus.
“My goal is to deliver products that exceed expectations—not just at launch, but long after,” Nicole explains. “I love working across teams to solve real problems creatively. The variety, the collaboration, and the ability to bring structure to complexity—it keeps me constantly learning and engaged.”
At Aevus, Nicole plays a key role in aligning priorities, maintaining momentum, and making sure what gets built genuinely adds value. She’s the person who brings clarity when things feel chaotic, always focused on delivering outcomes that work for users, teams, and the business.
And while she’s a powerhouse in a sprint review, she’s just as impressive out of office. Nicole is a self-confessed nerd and creative all-rounder: she paints, writes, knits, photographs, and immerses herself in all things Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, and Stranger Things. Whether she’s gaming, exploring new places, or crafting something by hand, she brings the same thoughtful energy to her downtime as she does to her work.
Nicole is proof that brilliant digital products come from people who aren’t afraid to mix code with creativity, structure with spontaneity, and strategy with a splash of sparkle. We’re lucky to have her shaping the future of Aevus—and we’re pretty sure she could cast a counterspell and fix a backlog ticket in the same breath.
